The Brief
After establishing some sales in the Chinese market, Keith Brewery approached Zudu to help them increase sales and tackle an increasing issue of counterfeiting of their product. With prior experience in the Chinese market, Zudu sought out to create a holistic approach to solving these two issues.
The Solution
This campaign involved working with them to develop a marketing strategy, promoting the product through online/offline methods and developing an anti-counterfeit solution. After conducting an analysis on their existing presence, Zudu has worked with the import partners to establish supply chain visibility, control, and a structured brand presence. A B2B and B2C route was developed which has shown significant increase in sales.
The Results
Keith Brewery has had continued success in the Chinese market and launched their larger beer range along with Spey Valley beers in China. Their beer is ranked no.2 British beer in China on mainstream digital platforms and Zudu has helped them host national televised events with key opinion leader publicity.
