We love making healthcare and social good apps. Here is our digital campaign with the NHS to protect the sexual health of young people.

In 2016 the team at Zudu embarked on a ground-breaking project with NHS Tayside to build Scotland’s first ever Condom distribution app aimed at people aged 16 to 24 years old. Zudu’s challenge was to make this “Ccard” mobile, taking the condom cards out of wallets and onto mobile phones with an engaging and educational mobile app.
This award-winning solution utilized gamification, smart analytics and cryptography. The app includes a “CCard” which you can unlock by meeting with one of the NHS Sexual Health team, interactive polls, extensive information, FAQs, resources and a map of all the locations to get free condoms and advice around Tayside. A handy, all in one tool for education and protection.
The CCard app went on to win a Digital Health Care Award in 2018, and has been used across the region for education and supporting young people. There are over 200 GPS locations within the app which allow young people to find and access contraception. We have went on to build multiple care related and front line platforms for the NHS.
“I cannot recommend this company enough, all aspects of working with them have been a real pleasure. It is a good partnership based on clear communication and one which I hope continues in the future.”
