The challenge
Fragmented, outdated, and hard to keep current
Aviagen, a global poultry genetics leader, needed a unified document management solution. Their workforce of 3,900 relied on fragmented, outdated systems that were difficult to update and maintain.
The material itself is the business: technical literature that customers in more than a hundred countries rely on, maintained in eight languages. Spread across siloed systems, the question stops being “where is the document” and becomes “is this the current one” — and a folder tree has no answer to that.

A centralised, device-optimised repository holding PDF, Excel, audio and video — with layered search and filtering in place of a folder tree, version control on every document, and an offline mode for field use.
Search by title, author, version or tag, then narrow by date, region or subject. Fifteen documents here; the library runs to thousands.
Every document declares itself: language, region, publication date and the tags that place it. Favourite it and it's one tap away next time.
