I’ve spent my career helping organisations turn ambitious ideas into reality. Working across a diverse range of industries, I’ve been drawn to opportunities to build innovative products, design scalable architectures, modernise cloud platforms and grow amazing teams, all focused on solving meaningful customer problems.
For me, engineering leadership is about combining talented people, strong engineering and emerging technologies with a relentless focus on customer outcomes. I’m driven by helping organisations harness software, data and AI to accelerate innovation, unlock new opportunities and achieve bold goals.

Outside of work
As a child, I spent a year living in Trinidad, which sparked a lifelong love of travel and discovering new places. Since then, I’ve been fortunate enough to spend parts of my career living and working around the world. It’s given me plenty of memorable experiences and reinforced a belief that we’re often capable of more than we think, especially when we’re willing to say yes to opportunities that genuinely excite us.

If you could train an AI to do absolutely anything, what would it be?
I’d train an AI to identify opportunities hidden in plain sight. Whether that’s an unmet customer need, a pattern buried in data or an idea worth building, I’d love an AI that helps people connect the dots, think bigger and unlock what’s possible.
