At home and at work, I have a passion for strategy, whether it’s board games, holiday planning, or projects. I’ve always enjoyed breaking down objectives, mapping the moves ahead, and setting everything up to maximise returns. At Zudu, that means balancing long-term planning with the day-to-day rhythm of projects and our fantastic teams.

What you wouldn’t guess
I wasn’t kidding about strategy being my passion. At one point, I led a professional esports team. Competing at that level meant building detailed playbooks, coordinating roles under pressure, and constantly adapting strategies with the team. The same principles carry through to how I approach projects today: clear planning, decisive action, and working as a unit to get results.

What stands out most is the people, mainly, the collaboration, support, and breadth of knowledge across the team. Problems are unpacked quickly because everyone’s willing to help, and you never feel stuck for long. For the future, I’m excited about how we’ll grow as a team, using new tech to make work smoother and decisions clearer. It’s motivating to be part of a group that is both supportive and forward-thinking. -
If you could train an AI to do absolutely anything, what would it be?
I have worked on healthtech projects before, and trained AI models to support the industry. I’d love to see AI become a real partner in personal wellbeing, quietly supporting you by tracking food, exercise, and wellness, and helping keep both physical and mental health in balance. Something that makes it easier to stay grounded while AI increasingly shapes our work lives.
