Outside of work I’m a proud father and husband. And In my career, I’ve enjoyed being the go between of building great software and making sure it delivers real value to the end customer. Or as a colleague of mine used to say, build the right thing, and build it right. I’ve had the chance to work in companies of all sizes, from start ups, scale ups, national and global firms, to also having worked across the world, which has given me a great perspective on organisations, their nuances, and also their shared challenges and opportunities.

WHAT YOU WOULDN’T GUESS
I’m really passionate about film, cinema, and film making. I’m also an improving golfer. So you might find me watching Experimental Short films at the Edinburgh Film Festival, or trying to get out of the rough on a links golf course near you.

IF YOU COULD TRAIN AN AI TO DO ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING, WHAT WOULD IT BE?
I like the idea of getting time back to focus on the things that matter the most. I’ve been working on a project, where an advanced AI Agent acts as a personal assistant and takes care of all the things I might forget or not have time to do, like order a birthday card just in time, book my MOT, lookup insurance renewal quotes, find me the best boiler service, and so on. I like when technology supports us on the periphery and lets us live.
