In our ever-changing digital landscape, businesses are pushed to reach new heights and excel in the online space as a means to reach new clients (even if their services are offline!). As a company that always strives to provide the best possible help and advice to our clients to assist them in achieving market acceleration through technology, we are excited to announce Zudu have been named Digital Transformation Specialists of the Year (Scotland) in the SME News IT Awards 2022.

Speaking about the award, James Buchan (CEO at Zudu), said:

“Over the last year, we expanded our web and app development services to include digital transformation consultancy and software development in an effort to become the digital partner of choice for businesses looking to expand and digitalise their offering. We’ve worked with clients to not only create new systems that make internal processes easier, but we’ve also provided help and advice to those breaking into the digital space to ensure that the software we build for them does more than just tick a box. We work by building on our industry knowledge, leveraging our know-how in design and usability, and creating modern and secure systems for businesses and consumers alike. We’re honoured to have received this award in recognition of our efforts and progress over the last 12 months and we’re excited to see where the next 12 take us. Thank you to the SME News team.”

The SME News IT Awards are designed to recognise the achievements of digital companies in the information technology and digital space, with a focus on those who drive innovation. The awards are judged by industry leaders and given on merit based on work portfolios, social media presence, and client reviews.

Talking about the awards in more detail, a representative from the SME News Awards team said:

“Technology moves swiftly, relentlessly so. It’s an unfortunate fact that the industry moves forward regardless of the preparedness and adaptability of those that follow it. Yet, technology underpins almost every other industry on the greater business landscape, and all companies – in one way or another – must utilise technology to operate and grow. As a result, the work of the IT industry remains crucial and, indeed, only becomes more and more crucial as we move forward into an ever more digitised world. Here we celebrate those who drive innovation, and client-centricity while ensuring they remain true experts in a changing arena”.

Award Co-ordinator, Holly Blackwood, also added,

“I offer a sincere congratulations to all of the winners in this programme, and all the best for the future. I hope you have a delightful rest of 2022 ahead, and a fantastic 2023”.
