SCOTSS Web Design and Web App Development

The project started off with a web design project which turned out to the the beginning of a great relationship. Zudu’s expert web design skills were immediately put to use by developing an excellent looking website, replacing a dated and un-responsive version.

Features included a search function where users can locate their nearest trading standards office location in Scotland.

And we also designed funky new branding.

Later Zudu were approached again by SCOTSS to develop their Tobacco and Nicotine Vapour Products Database which helps gather retail intelligence across all local authorities in Scotland. We concentrated on maintaining the brand and professionalism while creating something that was easy to use and design savvy.

As is standard with Zudu projects we analysed the requirements carefully and ensured the agile design/develop protocol was delivered along the way, making sure the client gets what they want at the end and is able to contribute and feedback along the way. We create this magic by creating signing off on wireframes and then high resolution design prior to commencing the build which ensures the customers knows what they are getting.

As this replaced the existing software we also completed a full data migration along with the design and build.
